Multiplex Cinemas closing Bronx location, 2 others

The Multiplex Cinemas in the Bronx will permanently close at the end of May, making it the third Multiplex location to shutter in just two months.

The Concourse Plaza theater on East 161st Street will shut its doors on May 28. It's not immediately clear why the theater is closing. Representatives of the theater attributed the closure to a “business decision.”
