James Gunn And Karen Gillan Tease One Another Over Guardians 3 Script
James Gunn and Karen Gillan tease one another about the Guardians 3 script. Gillan had recently chatted with Yahoo Movies, and she talked about how the script for Guardians 3 made her cry with emotion. Gillan had the read the script in a room with Guardians co-star Pom Klementieff.
“We read it in the same room together, and then looked at each other and we were in floods of tears,” she says.
Exactly what made her reach for the tissues she wouldn’t reveal, but she described it as ‘so emotional’.
“You’re learning more about existing characters and on a deeper level. I’m really excited at exploring Nebula, post-Thanos,” she says.

I guess given Gunn’s comments we should expect a tonal shift in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Then, everything we have heard about the movie so far, which isn’t much to be fair, is leaning in this direction. Fans are already worried to think about which characters may not survive the threequel?

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 should begin filming some time later this year. Normally that’s when a few story details start to appear, especially when new cast members show up. My guess is that the rumor mill will kick into full force one Gillan and her co-stars are under the camera. So watch this space for any more news in the coming months.
