Blue Bell's newest ice cream flavor is coconut cream pie, and we can't wait to try it.

Blue Bell announced today that it will now offer a new coconut cream pie flavor nationwide beginning today. It's described as "a rich, coconut French ice cream with flakes of coconut, tasty pie crust pieces and a whipped topping swirl loaded with toasted coconut."

If you want to try it though, you'll have to act fast. It'll be available for a limited time.
