Nitro city officials said I-64 westbound has reopened on the Nitro Bridge after a crash involving multiple vehicles.
City of Nitro spokesman Joe Stevens said the road was reopened around 1:05 p.m. Monday. Both lanes were temporarily closed after a four-vehicle crash.
One person was taken to the hospital.

Four vehicles were involved in a crash Monday morning on I-64 westbound.
Putnam County 911 said the crash was reported just before noon at the Nitro westbound exit.
Nitro city officials said minor injuries were sustained by two patients.
