Marticville Road (Route 324) is closed because of a sinkhole that developed overnight, according to Pequea Township police.
The sinkhole, which collapsed one lane of roadway, is between West Penn Grant and Sprecher roads, police said.
Police expect the road to be closed for several days and advised motorists to find an alternative route.
Attempts to reach a PennDOT spokesperson for comment were not immediately successful.
