New information was released Monday on the driver who drove her vehicle into the Monterey Bay after crashing through a guard rail and bench at the end of Sunny Cove Drive, in Live Oak.Although the sheriff’s office hasn’t identified the driver, investigators have charged the mother with attempted murder and child endangerment. She suffered severe injuries from the crash and her two children faced minor injuries.The Nissan remains in the ocean between thirty to forty feet inside a cave at the end of Sunny Cove Drive.Conditions don’t appear to be favorable to tow it out until October due to safety concerns.
