Marissa Lawrence leads huge Jaguars turnout for Trevor Lawrence

Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence had his own hype squad at Sunday’s 23-13 home loss to the Broncos.

His wife Marissa Mowry showed up to TIAA Bank Stadium in Florida with family — including her parents and two sisters, Miranda and Mckenzie. Each family member shared photos and videos from the game to social media, and gushed over Lawrence.

At one point, the Mowry family was joined by Lawrence’s parents, Amanda and Jeremy, and his little sister, Olivia. The families snapped photos together and were joined by Lawrence after the Jaguars loss.

Lawrence’s mother shared a collage of photos from the game to her Instagram page, and gave a shoutout to Mowry, an Anderson University soccer alum.

“1st home game for the Jags. We didn’t get the W, but definitely saw progress. Always so good to see our beautiful [daughter in law] @marissa_lawrence and our boy #16@tlawrence16,” she wrote in her caption, adding that Lawrence’s sister “missed him so much.”

Lawrence completed 14 of 33 passes for 118 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions in the loss. That followed the rookie’s rocky start to the season in Week 1 — when he threw for 332 yards and three touchdowns, with three interceptions in a 37-21 loss to the Texans.

The Lawrence and Mowry families also attended the Clemson product’s season-opening loss to the Texans where they united for group photos together.

Lawrence and Mowry moved to Florida after the Jaguars selected Trevor with the first overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

The college sweethearts tied the knot in April, at a chapel in Bluffton, S.C. Lawrence skipped the draft to prepare for his wedding. At the time, he was also recovering from a February surgery for a torn labrum in his left shoulder.
