Don't get me wrong it’s a beautiful, grand penthouse, but it’s not very modern (for me). It has a beautiful limestone staircase, large ceilings, handcrafted doors, but just needs a bit of updating. Or, you could just leave it and live in one of Chicago's most pristine penthouses in the city.

I could hang out all day in the outdoor space and just take in the unobstructed views of Navy Pier, the lake, and the Chicago skyline. Just think you would have a perfect seat for the Navy Pier fireworks, and boats on the lake. And you get your own private elevator to the top of your penthouse; pretty awesome to say the least. The house has also been owned by some very important families in Chicago.
