OTTAWA COUNTY, MI – A man accused of grabbing an 8-year-old girl’s arm at Walmart in Grand Haven Township may have had physical contact with other young girls, sheriff’s deputies said.
Police have arrested a 43-year-old Grand Haven man after he allegedly grabbed the 8-year-old’s arm on Sunday, Sept. 19. The girl’s mother saw the man grab her arm and pulled her away.
The man, wearing a face mask, quickly walked away, sheriff’s deputies said.

Around 5:25 p.m., a patrol sergeant saw a man who matched the description of the man at Walmart on U.S. 31. The sergeant determined that he was involved and arrested him.
