A 26-year-old man was found dead — wrapped in bloody bedding — in his girlfriend’s Queens apartment, cops and police sources said early Monday.
Justin Lee was found unconscious and unresponsive, lying face-up on a bed inside the apartment on 39th Avenue near Union Street in Flushing around 7:30 p.m., authorities said.
He was wrapped and covered in bloody bed sheets, police said.
Lee’s wife — who may be estranged from him and knew about his girlfriend — asked cops to perform a wellness check on him, according to the sources.
Lee’s girlfriend wasn’t home at the time police arrived, but her female roommate let officers inside, the sources said.
EMS also responded and pronounced Lee, of Bay Terrace, dead on the scene.
The circumstances were not immediately clear, and the city Medical Examiner will officially determine Lee’s cause of death.
