Residents in Napa and Lake counties will be impacted by some planned power shutoffs from PG&E starting this morning. Yesterday, the utility company reduced the scope of the shutoff to just 71-hundred customers in small portions of ten California counties. That includes a little over 12-hundred residents in Napa County and over 50 in Lake County. On Saturday, PG&E had originally sent out a warning of planned power shutoffs for 14-thousand customers in 13 California counties because of forecasted weather. That included over 12-hundred customers in Sonoma County but the reduction took Sonoma County out of the shutoff area.
