Two zebras were spotted by a man and his family Sunday evening in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Joshua DuBois captured the moment on video and shared it on Twitter Sunday.
"Sunday evening story. You can't make this up. There are wild zebras on the loose in Maryland (Google it, crazy)," DuBois tweeted.
The man says his wife dressed their kids up and took them "zebra hunting" Saturday but they didn't have success finding them.
Three zebras have yet to be corraled after they got loose a few weeks ago, according to Prince George's County animal control.
Chief Rodney Taylor told 7News that the zebras live on a farm at Duley Station and Bellefield roads in Upper Marlboro. The owners have attempted to catch the zebras that have been out for three or four days by setting up a feeding area, but so far the zebras haven't taken the bait.
According to animal control officials, the zebras have been roaming around parts of Prince George's County. They believe the zebras remain close to the farm.
