'Human-caused' brush fire burns 5 acres in Roanoke County

ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WSET) —
Fire investigators say preliminary information suggests a brush fire Sunday in Roanoke County was caused by humans.

Around 12:20 Sunday afternoon, firefighting units responded to the area of Bohon Hollow and Hillcrest Roads in Roanoke County on reports of a brush fire.
About five acres burned and no structures were threatened. No injuries were reported.

While it appears the fire was human-caused, it's not yet clear if it was accidental or intentional; further investigation is underway.
