Three Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies were recognized last week for their performance in the line of duty.
The Sheriff’s Office says that the three deputies received the awards during a special meeting with their families present.
Sergeant Matt Greenlief and Deputy Josh Smith were awarded Lifesaving medals and certificates for responding to a medical emergency call involving an individual showing no signs of life.
The individual recovered after they initiated resuscitation efforts and continued assisting after emergency medical personnel arrived.
Deputy Smith and Deputy Jacob Greenlief were awarded certificates of appreciation from the Alliance Against Intoxicated Motorists for their efforts in drunk driving intervention.
