TRAVERSE CITY -- The NHL Prospects Tournament made its return to Centre Ice Arena on Thursday and the Red Wings had the evening game with the Dallas Stars.

The Wings punched three goals in the net in the second period alone to take the game 5-4.

Detroit will play the St. Louis prospects on Saturday at 7pm and wrap up the tournament play on Sunday against Columbus at 6pm.
