The hapless Atlanta Falcons found that out first-hand during Week 2’s action on Sunday. Including tossing two scores to Rob Gronkowski, Brady threw five touchdowns compared to zero interceptions while completing 24-of-36 passes.
The end result was a blowout 48-25 win for the defending champs. This came on the heels of Brady throwing another four touchdowns in a season-opening win over the Dallas Cowboys.
All said, Tom Terrific has tossed nine touchdowns against two interceptions while throwing for nearly 700 yards in two games. His Buccaneers are also averaging 39.5 points per game, leading to a widespread belief that they are odds-on favorites to repeat as champs. Those watching Sunday’s performance also took note.
