U.S. 40 Bridge To I-80 Closes For 10 Days Monday

Google Maps

The ramp that connects Interstate 80 and U.S. Highway 40 will close for 10 days for a renovation project, starting tomorrow.

According to the Utah Department of Transportation, there will be delays on and near the bridge as crews resurface the road and replace concrete barriers there. Drivers on U.S. 40 will still be able to access I-80 westbound via Silver Creek Road.

UDOT’s website says the roads are scheduled to fully reopen after 10 days, which falls on Thursday, Sept. 30.

The project plan says weekend work will take place as needed.
