The Vegas Golden Knights rookie team will play its second game of the Arizona Rookie Faceoff as the group faces the San Jose Sharks on Sunday at 2 p.m. PT. The team continues its exhibition slate as part of Rookie Camp presented by Martin-Harris Construction.

GOLDEN KNIGHTS VS. SHARKS
Vegas' rookie squad dropped its first contest of the tournament with a 5-2 loss to the Arizona Coyotes on Friday night at Gila River Arena. The Golden Knights received goals from 2021 first-round pick Zach Dean and camp invitee Lynden McCallum. San Jose fell in its tournament-opener to the Anaheim Ducks, 8-4, on Friday evening. Puck drop is set for 2 p.m. PT at the Ice Den Scottsdale.

2021 DRAFT PICKS ON DISPLAY
All six players the Golden Knights drafted in the 2021 NHL Draft are with the team in Arizona and are looking to show their skills during the Rookie Faceoff. Dean, selected 29th overall, scored in the first game of the tournament for Vegas. Fellow forwards Jakub Brabanec (102nd overall) and Jakub Demek (128th overall) are also with the team. Defensemen Daniil Chayka (38th overall) and Artur Cholach (190th overall) saw action against the Coyotes while goalie Carl Lindbom (222nd overall) is awaiting his chance in the Golden Knights' net.
