CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Montgomery and surrounding counties are under a Flash Flood Watch through Monday evening.

“Numerous showers and thunderstorms with moderate to heavy rain are expected again today, with a break in the rain tonight before more rain falls on Monday,” according to the National Weather Service alert.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1-3 inches with localized amounts of 4-6 inches are expected, which may lead to flash flooding.
