A Hopkinsville woman was charged after she reportedly abandoned her children on Rozelle Avenue Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 27-year-old Charise Campbell left her two children, both under the age of 2, at the door of a stranger’s apartment around 3 am. Campbell was arrested and charged with abandonment of a minor.
She was also found to have active warrants for non-payment of fines and failure to appear.
