One man is dead after a crash in Anderson County early Sunday morning, according to the Anderson County Coroner's Office. South Carolina Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 2:30 Sunday morning on Highway 86 in Piedmont. The coroner's office said 20-year-old Noah Hamilton Tweed was pronounced dead at the scene due multiple traumatic injuries.Troopers said he was driving west in a pickup truck on SC-86, when he went off the road and hit a tree. They said Tweed was wearing a seat belt. Troopers said he was entrapped and had to be mechanically removed. Stay with WYFF News 4 for updates.
