Tottenham topped the league last week but there are now ominous signs ahead of Chelsea's visit

Everything appeared rosy at Tottenham Hotspur 10 days ago, but their fans have not had to wait too long for those well-documented concerns to return.

Spurs sat top of the Premier League going into the four match of the season, and held the only 100 per cent record in the division after three consecutive 1-0 wins against Manchester City, Wolves and Watford.
