WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ga. -- Georgia State Patrol is investigating a fatal ATV crash in Washington County.

On Saturday, state patrol officers were called to investigate a single vehicle crash on New Bethel Road.

Authorities identified 42-year-old Heather Frasier of Bartow as the driver of a Polaris Ranger pulling a trailer.

Police say while Frazier was navigating the curve, the trailer began to sway back and fourth causing her to lose control of the ATV. The Polaris Ranger jackknifed and ran off the road, overturning onto its side.

Frazier suffered fatal injuries in this crash.

The investigation is still ongoing.
