Donald Trump’s performance far superior to his inept successor.

This is in response to “Writer is attacking wrong political party” (Reading Eagle, Aug. 7). What bad actions by President Donald Trump is it referring to?

Was it border control by building the wall, having asylum seekers wait in Mexico until adjudication or reversing the catch and release policies? Or addressing the trade imbalance with China, replacing a bad trade agreement with a better one or criminal justice reform? Or allowing veterans who cannot be seen promptly to visit non-Veterans Affairs facilities, having an actual plan to exit Afghanistan, exiting the Iran nuclear agreement, forcing NATO countries to pay their share of GDP, tax relief, etc.
Let’s review the Biden administration’s accomplishments:

• Shutting down the Keystone pipeline and oil drilling on federal land while facilitating Russia’s entry into the European energy market.

• Blowing through billions by issuing $1,400 checks to millions, many of whom didn’t need it, and extending unemployment benefits, causing a stress on businesses.

• Inflation on gas, food, you name it.

• Causing an invasion at the southern border.

• Reentering the Paris Climate Accord with a blank check while countries like India and China have no intention of improving their position on climate.

• Infrastructure bill laden with spending that has nothing to do with Infrastructure.

• Surge in violent crime with no response.

• The Afghanistan disaster – dead American military, Americans and allies abandoned.

• Considering reentry into Iran Nuclear agreement.

• Massive government spending.

The president and vice president are two of the most incompetent and brainless individuals on the planet.
