The deliciously punny Justice of the Pies in Chicago has a Cobblestone Baileys Apple Pie that boasts three types of apple arranged to resemble a cobblestone street plus a Baileys Irish Cream-flavored filling. Brooklyn's Four & Twenty Blackbirds is keeping it old-school with a Classic Baileys Apple Pie with a lattice crust and a brown butter vanilla custard. Meanwhile, a Baileys Caramel Apple Pie with a graham cracker crust can be found at Georgetown Cupcake. Luckily, if you're longing for these desserts from afar, nationwide shipping is available.
