Charleston police release name of man wounded in weekend shooting

Charleston police released the name of a man wounded in shooting over the weekend.
Elton Rudolph, 37, of Easton, Pa., was shot in the arm Saturday on Clay Avenue, police said Monday.
Rudolph was transported to the hospital. No condition was immediately available.
The shooting remains under investigation.
