Mr. Paul V. Coppola, 84, died on September 16, 2021 at his home in Verona.
Visiting in the Prout Funeral Home will be on Sunday, September 19 from 3 to 6 p.m. A funeral mass will be in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Verona on Monday at 10:30 a.m. Facial masks requested.
Born and raised in the Ironbound section of Newark, Mr. Coppola moved to Verona 56 years ago.
He retired as an administrator from the NYSA–ILA Medical Center in Newark and previously worked as a medical technologist in Essex County.
In retirement you could always find him either at his home in Spring Lake or on a golf course.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Coppola; his sons, Joseph (Karla) and Paul (Tracy); his granddaughters, Alexis and Brielle and his brother, Michael (Linda).
