HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — A woman was taken to the hospital after being injured in a shooting on Academy Drive Saturday afternoon.
The shooting occurred in the 2800 block of Academy Drive and one woman was taken to the hospital, according to Don Webster with HEMSI.
The woman was in stable condition but still being assessed by Huntsville Hospital.
Huntsville Police Department was investigating the incident.
