Winona Ryder has been cast in an upcoming Indie mystery-thriller titled The Cow.
The Stranger Things actress will star alongside Dermot Mulroney, John Gallagher Jr, Owen Teague and Brianne Tju.
The movie also marks the feature length directorial debut of Amazon's Homecoming co-creator, Eli Horowitz, who has co-written the script with Matthew Derby.
While production has recently wrapped on the project, plot details remain undisclosed.

In a statement, executive producer Anthony Eu said: "The Cow is a landmark film for mm2 Asia, and we are thrilled that we get to do it with this cast.
"We could not ask for a better lineup. BoulderLight Pictures have been amazing partners and we look forward to continue working with them in the future," he added.

Ryder was last seen in David Simon's HBO limited series The Plot Against America and her first on screen appearance was 1986's teen comedy drama Lucas, where she starred alongside fellow child actor Cory Haim.
Ryder established herself as a face for quirky characters when she played Lydia two years later, in 1988's horror-comedy Beetlejuice — which starred Michael Keaton, Geena Davis and Alec Baldwin. In 1990 she played a teenager who becomes smitten by the title character in the cult classic, Edward Scissorhands, portrayed by Johnny Depp.

In February this year, she reprised her role in the Tim Burton movie for a new car commercial alongside Timothée Chalamet. More than 30 years later since the fantasy-romance release, Ryder stepped into Kim's shoes for a Cadillac advert which aired during the Super Bowl on Sunday (February 7).
Ryder will next be seen as Joyce Byers in Season 4 of Netflix's Stranger Things, which is scheduled to be released next year.
Stranger Things seasons 1-3 are now streaming on Netflix, and season 4 is due to premiere in 2022.
