Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers picked up the W in their Week 1 matchup against the Washington Football Team. Going 2-0 is going to be a tall task as they take on the Dallas Cowboys and young star of their own in Micah Parsons.

The Chargers QB spoke candidly about the Cowboys rookie, who could be a big factor on the field during their showdown in Week 2.

Via Chargers.com:

“He's one of those guys that you have to block,” Herbert said of Cowboys' Parsons. “You have to find him wherever he is on the field, and he's been able to do plenty of good things on defense. Whether he's lined up over tight ends or running backs, or whether he's blitzing. He's been all over the field making plays.”

The Cowboys are reeling from the loss of Pro Bowl defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence, which could make Parsons an even bigger difference-maker for Dallas in the weeks to come. Lawrence is out for 6-8 weeks and with Parsons' versatility he's considered as an option to take Tank's spot on the defensive line.

It's sink or swim time for Micah Parsons. How well he fares in the Cowboys' matchup against Justin Herbert and the Chargers could go a long way towards cementing his role for the rest of the season.
