China’s Moon Festival, also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival, is scheduled in the fall based on the Chinese lunar calendar.

Families celebrate their bond and appreciation for the moon by gathering for dinner, which often includes traditional round pastries known as mooncakes.

The three-course Moon Festival menu at Echo, which is owned and operated by The Breakers, offers a choice of three appetizers, three entrees and two desserts.

Along with its indoor dining, Echo features outdoor seating.

Chicken egg rolls, char siu pork buns and a short-rib “purse” are the appetizer selections.

Entrée choices include pans-seared snapper, beef show fun and lemon chicken.

For dessert, guests can choose between chocolate wontons and a coconut-vanilla cake with coconut cream.

Echo is located at 230 Sunrise Ave. For more information, call Echo at 561-802-4222 or visit threbreakers.com.
