Jersey.
Brian Avis, of Egg Harbor City, is now charged for the
sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl during a home invasion 25 years ago.
New Jersey State Police and Brigantine Police Department
used DNA evidence to identify Avis.
He's currently in custody in Atlantic County.
