Another 117 homes sold in Onondaga County in the week leading up to Sept. 14.
So far this year, 3,277 homes have sold in the county, compared to 2,884 in the same time last year, according to the Central New York Information Service.
The average home price over the last 12 months has increased 15%, from $192,400 to $222,200.
Sale prices continue to be extra high in lakeside towns. The average sale price in Skaneateles was $690,300, an increase of 24%. The city of Syracuse ended this week with an increase of 23% over the year before.
