GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Greenbrier County Health Department has issued an indoor mask mandate effective immediately.
“Greenbrier County health workers and facilities have become overwhelmed with the risk in COVID cases in recent weeks, and we feel it our duty to respond,” stated Dr. Drema Hill, Vice-Chairman of the Greenbrier County Board of Health.
All businesses and organizations that invite the public into their facilities shall require masks.
The mask mandate does not apply to outdoor spaces, homes, when individuals can physically be isolated in a physically separated office or other space when no others are present, and when actively engaged in food or beverage consumption.
The Greenbrier County Commission will review the mask mandate within 30 days.
