Kentucky is off to an impressive start in 2021. The Wildcats opened the season with a win over UL Monroe, then pulled out a victory against Missouri in the first SEC game of the year.

Now, Kentucky will be playing at home for the third straight week when it hosts Chattanooga on Saturday. So there’s a good chance the Wildcats will notch a non-conference win against this FCS opponent before going on to play the rest of their SEC schedule.

This week, Kentucky will be going with a traditional uniform look. On Friday, it revealed the team will be wearing blue helmets, blue jerseys and white pants for the matchup:

Even though this game may not end up being competitive, there should be a great atmosphere again at Kroger Field, considering how well Kentucky is playing early in the year.

However, if Wildcats fans need to get even more excited for this week’s game, the team dropped a hype video on Friday that is sure to help with that:

This is the first time that Kentucky and Chattanooga are going head-to-head. The Mocs have played 126 games against SEC opponents, but they haven’t beaten a team from the conference since they defeated Tennessee in 1958.

Kentucky and Chattanooga will kick off on Saturday at noon ET on ESPN+.
