Mrs. Michelle Lee Witcher Fleming, age 46 of Old Jarrett Road, Toccoa passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A daughter of Warner Witcher and Linda King Witcher, she was born May 20, 1975 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life.  She was employed as a Contract Administrator with Patterson Pump for a number of years and attended Piedmont College. 

Survivors include her father, Warner Witcher of Athens, Georgia; mother, Linda Witcher of Toccoa; husband, Andy Fleming of the home; daughter, Ashley Fleming of the home; son, Colin (CJ) Fleming of the home.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
