Tennessee pair accused of killing 14-year-old arrested in Mississippi

According to the Shelbyville Police Department, the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Horatio Rice and Tiffany Taylor in Tunica, Mississippi Friday afternoon. The two were wanted for the death of 14-year-old Israel Domingo Pascual.

they both deserve nothing but pain as the sheriff in Florida said evil can never be killed enough

We have laws and their rights must be protected regardless of the crime they committed. That's Constitutional rights.But that's to keep, we the people from killingthem and becoming guilty like them.I hope the Justice system don't fail on them.Personally I think they should die the same way the person they killed, but slowly.Prison for some people is a home, they can't function in normal surroundings. So there should be hard work growing/harvesting food for themselves to eat and public, but without machinery, only hand tools. Remember most of them didn't have homes from the start the streets is all they had.
