WATCH: Stephen A. Smith & Tim Tebow passionately debate Alabama vs. Florida, make bet

Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith is known for his comedic takes and his analysis on all things sports. He’s capable of debating just about anybody in the world of sports, and has no desire to back down from his stances.

Today, Smith got into it with former Florida Gators quarterback, New York Mets minor league outfielder, Jacksonville Jaguars tight end and current sports television host, Tim Tebow.

Smith and Tebow were discussing tomorrows marquee SEC matchup in Gainesville, which will feature No. 1 Alabama and No. 11 Florida.

Like always, Smith was not afraid to have his stance heard, especially by the ears of Tebow.

He predicts the Crimson Tide to win by at least three touchdowns, and mentioned a whole slew of reasons as to why being on the road in this contest will not affect the reigning national champions.

Tebow responded with an offer for a bet: if the Gators finish the game within three touchdowns, Smith will have to wear a Florida Gator tie on his show next Friday. Smith immediately accepted.
