Weekend calendars are filling up at Southern California casinos as concerts that were postponed in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic have been rescheduled for the last months of 2021.

Rock stars, country singers, comedians and a few novelty acts are coming to venues in Riverside and northern San Diego counties.

A few shows are sold out, according to casino websites, and some have limited availability.

No casino has announced masking or vaccination mandates for their showrooms, although some are urging mask wearing. But most casinos have language on their websites or ticket service pages indicating that pandemic developments could lead to changes in the performances.

Spotlight 29 in Coachella announced several new shows earlier this month after its owner, the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians, postponed other shows at its nearby outdoor venue, Coachella Crossroads, due to the spread of the COVID-19 delta variant.
