Everton eventually beat Burnley handily in front of a packed Goodison Park on Monday night after stuttering in the first half and falling behind early in the second. The 3-1 scoreline in the end was justified as a dominant second half performance could have seen the Blues easily pot another three goals with the chances they created.

The Toffees are back in action on Saturday, with a trip to Villa Park on the cards. The game against Aston Villa is going to be the highlight of the evening with kickoff at 5:30pm BST (12:30 EST) and promises to be an entertaining affair. The hosts are off to a sedate start to the season but boast a number of attacking talents while the Toffees are in scintillating form right now when they get the midfielder working in unison with the forwards.

In the latest episode of the School of Science podcast which was recorded early on Friday, Kevin joined Geno to do a detailed recap of the win against Burnley, and then looked ahead to the Villa game and what to expect from Dean Smith’s side.
