The Des Moines Police Department asked for help from the public Friday in locating two people connected to an August homicide.Des Moines police found 43-year-old Javier Moncada dead on Aug. 30 near the Des Moines River. An investigation into his death determined that he suffered a gunshot wound prior to his death.On Friday, police identified 18-year-old Jonathan Bautista and 20-year-old Jasmin Bautista as material witnesses in the homicide. The Des Moines Police Department asked for help from the public Friday in locating two people connected to an August homicide.
