UPDATE: Details in regards to the fatality crash that occurred Friday have been released by Guthrie Highway Patrol.
Harry Hueston, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident due to both internal and external injuries.
Guthrie Highway Patrol said in their accident report that Hueston and the semi-truck driver, Gilay Kifle, 36, were both driving southbound on I-35 when Hueston struck the back of the semi truck, his car going underneath the semi, crushing the car and Hueston both.
Whether or not Hueston was impaired or under the influence is under further investigation. Kifle was checked out and cleared, officials saying he appeared "apparently normal."
GUTHRIE, Okla. (KOKH) - Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Guthrie Fire Department is on the scene of a serious car-semi related accident.
The accident is on southbound I-35 at the Guthrie exit, leaving the highway shut down going southbound due to the accident.
The car is wedged underneath the semitruck, crushed beneath it.
The crash has been confirmed as a fatality accident.
