We’ve got a brief new TV spot for you to watch for Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and while it’s short, it does offer up some new footage. The Venom sequel will see Eddie Brock's (Tom Hardy) lethal protector battling a serial killer named Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson), who ends up becoming the insanely deadly Carnage.

Andy Serkis directed the film, which also stars Michelle Williams as Anne Weying and Naomie Harris (Moonlight), who is reportedly playing the villain Shriek, who is Carnage’s love interest and accomplice.

Serkis recently talked about the PG-13 rating of the film and the content saying that they “have pushed to the very limits [with] the danger and darkness and the threat and the menace of Carnage.” I hope that they can pull this off!

Venom: Let There Be Carnage will hit theaters on October 1st!
