NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for two suspects wanted after a teen was robbed at a Manhattan subway station then forced to walk into a bank to hand over more money, earlier this week, according to officials.

The incident occurred at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14, inside the subway station located at the corner of West Broadway and Chambers Street in Tribeca.

Authorities said a 19-year-old man was walking along the mezzanine when the two suspects approached him and stated, "Get over here, give me all your money or I'll hurt you".

The victim, in fear for his safety, gave the men $100 cash from his wallet. The two suspects then stated they wanted $2,000 and instructed the teen to take them to the bank, to which he complied, the NYPD said.

The victim, in the company of the two suspects, entered the TD Bank located at 166 Chambers Street, and took out $800 cash from the ATM and gave it to the men.

Police said the suspects demanded more money, and the victim went to the teller window where the bank teller observed him in distress and asked him if he was ok, at which time the individuals fled the location to parts unknown.

There were no reported injuries in this incident.

Authorities describe the suspects as follows:

Suspect #1: Male, dark complexion, 6'0" tall with a thin build; he was last seen wearing black du-Rag, a black surgical mask, black graphic t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers.

Suspect #2: Male, dark complexion, 5'8" tall, thin build, short dark curly hair; he was last seen wearing a white jacket, white t-shirt, a surgical mask, pants and sneakers.

Police on Friday released surveillance photos of two suspects taken from inside the TD Bank.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
