Carson Wentz and the Indianapolis Colts are taking their talents to the television!

Hard Knocks, the critically-acclaimed sports documentary show produced by NFL Films, has announced the team they'll be covering for 2021. The Colts will become the first team featured for an in-season edition of Hard Knocks, the league announced. Will premiere Nov. 17 and continue every Wednesday night through the end of the Colts’ season.”

The future of Hard Knocks seemed to be in limbo recently. Speculations about the show ending abounded when the NFL announced they'll be talking about where Hard Knocks will go this season. However, as it turns out, the show will only be taking a creative shift regarding what they'll be doing. Instead of covering historical teams, Hard Knocks seems to be looking into doing in-season documentaries by covering the Colts in 2021, similar to Amazon's “All or Nothing”.

The Colts are definitely an interesting team to watch in this 2021 season. Carson Wentz is looking like the quarterback they need to carry their offense, but the team on the whole has some significant issues they need to figure out. There's also the issue of the Colts being one of the teams most affected by COVID policies. One reason is because of their players' refusal to get vaccinated, which led to this response from a Twitter user:

Regardless, this new season of Hard Knocks is shaping up to be an interesting one. The series premieres on November 17.
