A missing 8-year-old boy from Indiana was located Friday.The Greensburg Police Department was looking for Ryan Turner, who was last seen with his non-custodial mother, Alicia Turner, 34.Police said on Wednesday at 10 a.m., Ryan Turner was released from school to a woman authorized by Alicia Turner. Alicia Turner was on house arrest. She and the woman, later identified as Lucy Boyer, left Greensburg with Ryan Turner without permission of Ryan's custodial guardian.Police located Ryan Turner on Friday at a hotel in Greenwood, Indiana, near County Line Road and Interstate 65. He was there with Alicia Turner and Boyer.Officers are working with the Indiana Department of Child Services to find a safe placement for the child.Alicia Turner and Boyer were taken into custody and face a preliminary charge of kidnapping.
