Wagner Lagrange went 3-for-4 and knocked in two runs as the Binghamton Rumble Ponies beat the visiting Reading Fightin Phils 6-2 Thursday night in a Double-A Northeast League game at Mirabito Stadium.

Jake Mangum hit a two-run single for the Rumble Ponies (47-57).

Josh Stephen went 2-for-4 for Reading (45-65) with a solo home run, his eighth of the year, and Dalton Guthrie went 3-for-4.

Fightins starter James McArthur allowed eight hits and three earned runs in five innings and took the loss.

Reading and the Rumble Ponies will continue their season-ending series Friday night at 7:05.
