TALLAHASSEE -- State Attorney General Ashley Moody is joining a battle against President Biden's vaccine mandate.
According to a news release from her office, Moody and 23 other attorneys general said they'd sue the Biden administration over the proposed COVID-19 vaccination mandate.
Moody says in the release that the federal government cannot impose what she calls "sweeping" vaccine mandates.
The White House is seeking to use the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to implement temporary emergency standards requiring vaccines or weekly testing.
