Ruby Allen faces a surprising truth when she finally takes a pregnancy test in a preview of Friday's (September 17) EastEnders.

Two new photos reveal the truth about whether Ruby is pregnant or not, though she has no idea a storm is brewing when husband Martin Fowler confronts her over her dirty deeds.

Martin knows his wife was responsible for calling the police on Jean Slater over the cannabis plant in her garage as means to keep her quiet about Ruby's many lies.

Ruby will be confronted by her furious husband at last in Friday's EastEnders episode, as she faces tough questions over her recent lies.

The schemer is facing trouble on all sides because Martin also knows Ruby gave police false evidence against love rival Stacey Slater to send her to prison.

During a fraught visit with Stacey at the prison in Thursday's (September 16) episode, a furious Stacey found out that Ruby was also trying to send her mum Jean down as revenge.

"You [sort it out], or I swear I will kill Ruby Allen with my bare hands," Stacey angrily warned Martin.

There are even more storm clouds on the horizon for Ruby following Jean's decision to turn her in over the cannabis plant.

Viewers saw a shocking climax in Thursday's episode when Jean lied to police that Ruby was her drug supplier as a way to get herself off the hook.

Will Ruby end up as the one to go down on drug charges?

The long-awaited confrontation for Martin and Ruby will be airing on Friday night on BBC One at 8pm.

EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
