The school board will require masks in all buildings and on buses for all students, staff, and teachers.
The mask mandate takes effect Wednesday, Sept. 22.
Currently, the district is seeing 12 positive cases — three of which are staff members.
Superintendent Bryan Frazier said he hopes a district-wide mask mandate will help keep kids in the classroom.
School officials said opt-outs will still be available under religious or medical exemptions.
